A powerful statement that is used in Part one of this series of two-hour session that discussed a well-rounded leader and leadership mastery.
According to the speaker, Ms. Ma. Luisa Requino-Jasa “Imaan” “a well-rounded leader needs to evolve their level of capability in the areas of technical, business and the people skills in order to progress in their career.” It is also discussed that a well-rounded leader must possesse the following skills:
1. Technical skills need to evolve in broader commercial skills, culminating in an intuitive grasp of the industry and trends in customer behavior.
2. Basic Business Skills need to evolve into the full set of management skills, including the ability to create and maintain systems, structures and processes that are dynamically adapted to an ever-changing environment.
3. People skills the journey leads to developing emotional intelligence, flexibility in leadership styles and the ability to collaborate with and influence different people.
As part of the Computer Services Section’s commitment to continuously improve and develop the leadership skills of all the team leaders, the session was full of inspirational videos that shows the five levels of Leadership Mastery such as: performance mastery, personal mastery, relationship mastery, organizational mastery and social impact mastery.
